For 15 years, I was the woman behind the experience. I worked on galas that raised over 6 figures per event, and on conferences, summits, retreats, and C-suite gatherings across Canada and the US. I’ve held rooms through failed AV, delayed setups, complete timeline changes, missed cues, and schedules that tried to unravel, and the guests never knew.

In this next era, I’m becoming the woman behind the people who create them.

I’ve retired from event production. I now teach entrepreneurs and brands to host with intention, integrity, and excellence through the 10 Host Kodes. For those who want a seasoned strategist at the table, I also offer strategic advisory.
